ORII&MEC and DINATEC have set up a patnership contract in order to manufacture and sell in EUROPE the coil handling machine LCC06PM2.

This machine meets the EC (European conformities) requirements and was exhibited at
EUROBLECH 2010
in Hanover from 26th october to 30th october 2010

Characteristics of the machine

• This machine is equipped with a SIEMENS control system (type S7 SINAMICS) and has been developped to meet the EC norms.
• The LCC06PM2 can process a wide range of materials from 70 mm to 600 mm wide and from 0.8 mm up to 9.0 mm thick. It can even process high strength steel plate (maxi.600N/mm²).
• On this machine, the number of work rolls has been increased from 5 to 9, in order to improve the flatness accuracy.
• The general design of the bati makes it easy to access to the inside structure of the machine in order to improve maintenance operations.
